These past couple of weeks have been guided by what has been brought in by the post-lady, UPS guy.... We are getting closer and closer to opening. One of my favorite things that has come in are the Knitpicks harmony wood cable needle system. I have been using them to make the sample pieces for the various wool that we have brought in.
A big task this week was preparing the shelves for all of the weaving cones of cotton, linen, blend of both, and wool. Friends helped with the carpentry and organizing the color sequences. I love how it turned out!
If you saw someone with a goofy grin peering into your store on Saturday it was me. I cannot tell you how excited I am. Will you have a weaving area/studio for those of us with apartments too small for a loom? And will you sell looms?
